We found these "crunchy balls of goodness" at the Goshen Fair in Goshen, CT, but you can find the Chompers Food Truck at fairs all over Connecticut.
Beef Chompers are like heavenly fried bacon cheeseburger bites filled with smoky bacon, ground beef and gooey cheddar cheese and served with a sweet 'n' tangy ketchup sauce. Chicken Chompers are like chicken parmesan nibbles stuffed with moist chicken, fresh basil and ooey mozzarella cheese and topped with parmesan cheese and served with marinara. We absolutely adored both varieties and can't wait to eat Chompers again. There is certainly a favorite variety for everyone so keep your eyes peeled for this exciting new snack food!
