Your guests will be doing the Mexican Hat Dance with our cool, silky Margarita Icebox Pie! Luscious, sweet and tangy, this boozy no-bake dessert tastes just like a frosty margarita and is sure to whoop up your fiesta. ¡Salud!
Ingredients:
1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 Kool-Aid Lemon-Lime Drink Mix Packet (.13 oz.)
2 tbsp of your favorite tequila
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed
8 candy lime slices
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together powdered Kool-Aid mix with the tequila until fully dissolved.
Mix in condensed milk until smooth and even in color.
Fold in 3/4 of the Cool Whip until well incorporated.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and smooth out. Gently top pie with remaining Cool Whip and smooth to edges.
Freeze pie before serving. Garnish with candy lime slices.
Keep frozen.
