We've all heard it before, "Clean your plate or you don't get dessert." Luckily for us, our lunch at Cracker Barrel the other day was so delectable that we had no problem devouring every last crumb before ordering some Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake.
We started our meal with a warm flaky biscuit slathered in smooth butter, sticky honey and sweet boysenberry jelly. Next we had the Chicken Fried Chicken smothered in creamy, peppery sawmill gravy with country green beans, buttery corn and cheesy grits. We washed everything down with a cool glass of sweet tea. The meal was hot and satisfying, but we made sure to leave a little room for a sweet reward!
Cracker Barrel's Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake doesn't really taste like Coca-Cola, but it doesn't matter because this sinful dessert is warm, gooey, sweet and irresistibly addictive! Fresh, warm chocolate Coca-Cola cake is generously iced with hot rich chocolate fudge and topped with cold premium vanilla bean ice cream. The added Coke makes the cake extra moist and sweet and amps up the chocolate flavor. We licked this plate clean too!
It's a good thing that everything at Cracker Barrel is so delicious because cleaning your plate is an easy task and dessert is always around the corner!
