The munchies masterminds over at White Castle have done it again and created a fast food sandwich like no other. This time they are using the hip 'n' spicy condiment, Sriracha, as a flavor profile for their new line of sliders.
The Spicy Sriracha Chicken Slider uses an all white meat chicken breast that is breaded with a Sriracha infused coating and topped with chipotle mayo. The Ultimate Sriracha Chicken Slider adds jalapeño cheese and crunchy jalapeño crisps. The basic version is indeed delicious with a spicy kick from the Sriracha coating and smoky chipotle mayo. While the sandwich tasted great, it doesn't necessarily have a decipherable Sriracha flavor. We more thoroughly enjoyed the Ultimate version as the jalapeño cheese and crisps really amped up the richness and spice level and somehow brought out the Sriracha flavor even more.
These new sliders are super tasty so make sure you GET 'EM BEFORE THEY'RE GONE!
