SNAXTIME STRAWBERRY BANANA TROPICAL AMBROSIA SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry cream cheese at room temperature
1 4oz white chocolate bar, finely chopped
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 (8 ounce) container Extra Creamy Cool Whip, thawed
1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
3 bananas, sliced
1 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Using an electric hand mixer, cream together cream cheese and white chocolate pieces until fluffy and smooth. Beat in marshmallow creme. Using a rubber spatula, fold Cool Whip with cream cheese, marshmallow creme mixture until well combined. Fold in remaining ingredients. Serve Immediately.
