Taco Bell continues its tradition of defying fast food convention with the world's first ever Naked Chicken Chips! For this new concoction, Taco Bell forms marinated all-white-meat chicken into tortilla chip shapes, fries them and serves them alongside nacho cheese sauce.
We recently sampled them and the chicken was flavorful and tender inside with a crispy, boldly seasoned coating that tasted great, especially when dipped in the spicy, hot nacho cheese sauce. Sure these are really just triangle-shaped chicken nuggets and cheese, but the brilliant way that Taco Bell has positioned them as "chicken chips" elevates them to something entirely new and exciting. We say give these spicy nibbles a try!
Naked Chicken Chips are available in packs of 6 or 12 or inside the Chickstar (a Crunchwrap filled with Naked Chicken Chips, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and Avocado Ranch Sauce).
