We tried the Stewed Oxtail Hand-Ripped Noodles. The homemade noodles were chewy and fresh and the oxtail was rich and fatty. The sweet cabbage, crunchy celery and snappy scallions brought it all together. We asked for it spicy and washed it down with some sweet, cold Taiwanese apple soda.
