Free U.S. returns & exchanges, 30 days

Not right? Send it back. We accept free returns and exchanges on U.S. orders within 30 days of your delivery date, and we cover return shipping. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of fragrance.

Email contact@snaxtime.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items (U.S. & international)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo to contact@snaxtime.com. We'll replace it or refund it in full and cover shipping both ways — no need to send anything back first.

International orders

For international returns, email contact@snaxtime.com and we'll work it out with you. Return shipping on international change-of-mind returns is at your expense; damaged and incorrect items are covered worldwide.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the return. Please allow up to two weeks after the item reaches us.
